Quickstart
Create your ScrambleID account and sign in for the first time, in about five minutes.

ScrambleID replaces passwords with your phone. You'll set up the app once, then sign in to your work applications by approving a quick check on your device. This page gets you from nothing to your first login. For screenshots and every edge case, the Mobile App guide covers the same ground in full.
Create your account.
- Download and install the ScrambleID app for Android or iPhone.
- Open the app and tap New Account. (Already used ScrambleID on another phone? Tap I already have ScrambleID instead and follow the existing user steps.)
- Pick a registration method: Scan QR if your organization gave you a registration QR code, or Enter Phone Number to register with your mobile number.
- On the phone path: enter your number, tap Send Code, and type in the six-digit code that arrives by SMS (or let it auto-fill). Tap Verify.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email, then tap Continue.
That's it for a personal profile. If your company sent you an activation code, expand Have a company activation code?, enter your corporate email and the six-digit code from the email you received, and tap Verify. This connects your profile to your organization.
Tap Get Started and you'll land on the Home screen.
Sign in for the first time
- On your computer, open a ScrambleID-protected application. It redirects you to the ScrambleID login page, which shows a QR code.
- Open the ScrambleID app on your phone and scan the QR code. Prefer typing? Click Type on the login page and enter the six-digit code in the app instead.
- Approve the sign-in on your phone. If the login page shows a two-digit code, enter it in the app and tap Verify.
You're in. No username, no password, and nothing for an attacker to phish.
