Where macOS stands

The ScrambleID Desktop App ships for Windows today. macOS support is planned, and this page will become the install guide when it lands.

What to do on a Mac right now

You don't need the desktop app to use ScrambleID on a Mac. Web login works everywhere a browser does:

  1. Set up the ScrambleID app on your phone if you haven't: Mobile App guide.
  2. Sign in to your applications by scanning the QR code (or typing the code) on the ScrambleID login page: Web Login guide.

That's the complete flow; passwordless sign-in on a Mac is the web login flow.

Questions

Your company's help desk can tell you whether your organization has a timeline for the macOS Desktop App rollout, or ask your ScrambleID account team.
